Reminder: TLS 1.0 and 1.1 will be disabled on 15 August

Jul 26, 2026

To keep our platform in line with current security standards, support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will be removed from all public endpoints on 15 August 2026.

Who is affected

Almost every modern browser and library already negotiates TLS 1.2 or 1.3, so most customers do not need to do anything. You may be affected if you:

  • Connect to our API from a legacy script or an unmaintained runtime
  • Run automated jobs on an operating system released before 2016
  • Use an older embedded device or terminal that talks to our endpoints

What to do

Update the client or runtime you use to a version that supports TLS 1.2. If you are unsure whether something you run will be affected, open a ticket with the details and we will check the connection logs for you.
